The availability of a wide variety of homes is a strength of Easley, in part due to its nearness to Greenville.  New homes starting at $160,000 are available within the city limits.  Visitors will be impressed by the reasonable housing costs, including taxes and utilities.
The housing mix includes large $500,000 plus homes on a local private golf course and in gated mountain communities, apartment complexes, older homes in established neighborhoods, and attached and detached one-story patio homes.  A modern senior retirement center with patio homes to nursing care is in Easley, as well as mini-estates with several acre home sites.
